We ship beauty products worldwide with care to protect formulas against heat and impact.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Pre-order items follow the date shown on the product page.

Glass bottles, serums, and palettes are cushioned; during summer we may add thermal padding for heat-sensitive items.

A tracking link is sent by email once the order leaves our warehouse. Delays from customs or carrier are outside our control but we will help trace the parcel.

Please double-check the shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to wrong address, reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
